3. You create an account (and shop in our webshop)
To place an order via our website, you can register as a customer. You will then create an account that is password-protected and linked to your email address. You enter your details yourself and can change them at any time by logging into your account.

The same applies as above – but we also register your date of birth, which is required to verify your payment. This information is shared with Klarna.

Custom audience targeting
When you order products from us, and have given us your consent, we may also use your email address for custom audience targeting via Facebook.
Melora creates a "custom audience" group by uploading email addresses from its customers in an advertising tool. This group can then be linked to a specific Facebook campaign - only these Facebook users will see the campaign.

4. You shop in our webshop without a login/account
To place an order through our website, it is not necessary to register a customer account. You fill in the information required for us to process your order, and you can change this information yourself at any time.

Melora beauty understands the importance of protecting your personal data. The data stored in our database is protected with standard technical security measures in accordance with applicable data security standards.
